Service Description

Each class is tailored to meet your unique needs. Five minutes before class begins, you will have the opportunity to let your experienced, certified, yoga teacher know what you'd like to work on, the intensity level you prefer, and anything else pertaining to your practice. In this 1:1 class, you will be guided through a completely individualized sequence, every time.
